Where Passion Meets Flavor

I served in the United States Navy as a cook and baker from 1989 to 1993. My wife and I started La'Shmoke Shak due to the great feedback we've received from the food we prepared just for fun, which turned into a culinary culture. Brisket is our signature meat that will melt in your mouth, and Hunni Bunn's organizational skills ensure professionalism while she creates desserts that are to die for.
